Tomorrow marks exactly four years since I started teaching my first class (it's actually the same date too, January 23rd).
In the morning I will walk into a 9:30am Sociology of the Family class in the same building as four years ago...except tomorrow will be my 35th class and then 36th at 12:30pm...and Tuesday will be my 37th, 38th and 39th. There's still a couple weeks until my 40th class starts.
Thankfully, the night before is still as exciting as it was the first time.
