Today I met 130 students, led the three classes through their syllabus for the semester, had a three different class discussions about what the heck Miley Cyrus was thinking, played with kaliedescopes, discussed Sociology through a box of crayons, and gave little office supply gifts to my two office mates and two department secretaries. When I was a student I never really liked the first day of school...now I love it.
