It's just not summer without a few concerts in the park. Last summer we made it to one, two, three, four...and so far we're at three for this year. Pretty sure that packing our dinner is my favorite meal planning all year. Our first concert picnic was egg salad sandwiches and our new favorite cookies. Last week was panzanella salad, peach tea fizz, and nutella swirled blondies. Tonight was roast beef and provolone sandwiches on onion rolls with horseradish mayo, a pile of chips, and oreo pudding parfaits (basically this recipe with individual servings piled into little mason jars).
Can't wait for the next one.
