This past Friday I was lucky enough to attend the Holly Becker's book signing and mood board presentation at Anthropologie up at The Grove. My mom gave me Holly's book Decorate for my birthday last May and I was so excited to meet her and get it signed. I also was over the moon to get to meet Leslie Shewring who does the Color Me Pretty column on Decor8. As I told Leslie, her column is my very favorite thing on the entire internet.
Holly asked for people to bring business cards. I have mini contact cards I had made at Moo last February when I changed my blog name. I crafted up a few little envelopes to package each one in...

Mac and Sean went up to LA with me so we stopped to share a quick snack at Umami Burger on the way to the book signing. We also had an amazing late dinner at Luna Park...the three of us shared goat cheese foundue, macaroni and cheese, fried apple pies with caramel ice cream and make-your-own s'mores...you've got to love a dinner full of cheese and sugar.
