This is my husband Sean...as you well know...but did you know that this morning he ran the Camp Pendleton Mud Run? Well yes he did (which helps explain the way he looks in the photo) and I am about to shamelessly brag about him. First though here is a little video of him in the last mud pit before the end of the race...he's the one that is running up to the pit by himself as I yell for him...
Okay and here's the brag-a-thon...Sean finished the 10K with numerous obstacles in 55:20...out of approximately 2096 individual participants Sean finished 78th....he finished 12th in his age bracket.
I am just a little ridiculously proud of him. :)
