I know we all have our weaknesses when it comes to eating...I have about 964, but I won't begin to list them all.
I do actually have a couple of strengths, for instance I don't really have a problem with late night eating...however this is probably due to one of my biggest weaknesses that I'm sure I've mentioned here before...
I can eat three days worth of calories between the hours of 2pm and 5pm. It's that "after school snack" mentality which is not at all helped by the fact that a couple of days a week I actually do get home from school.
So today I was busy stuffing my face when I got home from school just after 4pm...100 calorie pack of Pringles...a small handful of M&Ms...another small handful of M&Ms...and it just wasn't quite cutting it. I opened the fridge and had the best idea ever...watch me be all The Pioneer Woman Cooks with my attempt at an ingredient shot...
Have you ever bought these tortilla's at Costco? Sean's mom told me about them sometime last year. You actually cook them up fresh...just pop one in a frying pan for a few minutes. So one hot tortilla + a little whipped butter + a drizzle of honey + a sprinkle of sea salt = my ass getting just a little bit bigger.
I thought I'd share my self-proclaimed snacking stroke of genius just in case you want your ass to get a little bit bigger.
And on that note I'm going to go get on the treadmill...
