I took this photo last month after a quick trip to the Farmer's Market, but it's a pretty accurate illustration of right now...the kitchen is full of food...good stuff...lots of fruit and vegetables and good (but not exactly good for you) stuff like homemade potato salad and a huge chunk of brie and baguettes...I love a house full of food. :)
Things I don't exactly love is the cold I'm fighting (I actually blew my nose yesterday and absentmindedly caught my nose piercing on the kleenex which took it halfway out and I couldn't get back in...so after a quick trip to the tattoo parlor it turns out my nose closed up really fast and I'll have to get it re-pierced in about three weeks...and apparently it hurts more to pierce scar tissue...that made for a GREAT day) and the gigantic mess our house is right now...it's just suffering from general Camp neglect and the half a dozen loads of clean laundry waiting to be put away...at this point it seems like it'll never get done and right about now I could really use some of the peace and serenity that only a spotless house can bring.
Other than that I've been dying to scrapbook, but I tried to appease it for now by making a new blog banner yesterday...I'll get to really scrapbook after I get a bunch of stuff done...for instance I need to get stuff ready for tomorrow's 4th of July block party and I NEED to get Mr. Mac's birthday invitations off in the mail since his party is in just over three weeks...which means I need to start them...which means I need to figure out exactly how I want to make them...oh and I was going to do another 31 things monthly update yesterday too, but I scanned over the list and basically haven't accomplished anything in the past month beside Camp...speaking of which here's another happy photo...
Loved when I'd catch someone writing that their favorite program was Journal. :)
