and other randomness on a late Monday afternoon...
I got my Penzey's order today...needed to restock on a few things...one of which being dill...little did I know that a 4oz bag of dill is in actuality bigger than a sandwich-sized zip-lock bag...so I shared a couple of recipes to celebrate my dill surplus (by the way I'm actually been trying to be much better about updating a lot more...and be on the lookout as I organize my recipes soon)
Getting a few new spices and herbs made me reorganize the stuff on the back of our kitchen door since I got out all of our spices from the tiny side cabinet thing right next to the stove so that they are finally stored away from the heat and I can actually see them...AND they are organized categorically now...good times. :)
While I was in the kitchen I decided to throw some tea out in the yard to brew in the sun
Then while I was outside I decided to snap a photo of how short curly hair looks kind of cute with my favorite big fabric headbands (from here...found these for the first time in San Francisco last summer...kind of pricey but so nicely made and comfortable on my head...and you know I get suckered in by all those patterns)
Speaking of spices and kitchens and suntea...I'm off to go make dinner...
