Despite the fact that our Camp-preparation-busyness has hit a fevered pitch since it's only three days away, I took a couple of hours with Mac today to try to earn some good mom points...we went to Disneyland...just a little, "Yea it's summer!" surprise trip...
Actually California Adventure since the line to get into Disneyland was looong...it was a warm, crowded day but Mac and I managed to enjoy a bunch of different things without waiting in line for rides. Then we met Sean for lunch... he was fresh (or not so fresh considering he was out in the hot sun in a shirt and tie) from seeing his eighth graders graduate today...
Too bad we all had to come home and get back to work on Camp stuff...but all of our efforts will be worth it next week...
