Beef stew is in the oven...we're making a soda type bread recipe...Guinness is chilling in the fridge for Sean and I'm having a cup of Irish Breakfast tea...oh and Mac is sporting his "Trust Me I'm Irish" shirt from Target that I thought couldn't be more perfect for a half Irish, half Filipino kid...oh and see the faux hawk too? :)
