Grocery shopping...putting away all the stuff I've been leaving out around the house...cleaning out the fridge...putting away more stuff...I have been super messy these last few days...getting ready for my sister's baby shower on Saturday (anyone have good game suggestions...please?)
I'd much rather still be hanging out with friends and seeing lots and lots of scrapbook supplies...
A whole bunch of little messy, blurry, too much flash photos...love seeing everything and everyone...I was lucky enough to meet a handful of people who were kind enough to tell me they read my blog...and how they kept me in their thoughts and prayers throughout last year's debacles...that meant SO much to me...as of a few days ago it's been a year since the whole adoption/birth-mom/Darby everything started happening and it's been kind of hard to deal with...like I've been able to push it out of my mind pretty well, but now there will be reminders...we met Roxanna and she said yes the day before I left for CHA last year...we found out Darby was a girl at an ultrasound that will be the same day as my sister's baby shower...it just goes on and on and it's kind of altogether pretty depressing...except for all the care and support that surrounds us...I have so many amazing people I can pour my heart out to anytime...including here, so thank you all again.
Of course it would have been more fun to just talk about new patterned paper right now, huh?
