Goodbye Kettle Chips, Pepsi, and chocolate...and more chocolate. It's been fun, but it's also been the 14 pounds I've managed to find since June. So hello water, walking, and healthy food choices...which I wrote an entire list of yesterday to remind myself of.
If I'm going to do this like I have before it's time to own up and set goals...as of today I weigh 163 pounds...my goal, lofty as it may be, is to weigh 130 by May 2nd, 2007...otherwise known as my 31st birthday...where I'd also like to be wearing those forementioned trendy jeans. :)
