I am catching up on the last four days of Week in the Life 2017. Thankfully I was able to take photos, but I didn't get around to putting it all together until now.
Glad to have another week of details documented. Even though I am happily in my third year of Project Life, it still means a lot to pay attention to documenting even more one week out of the year.
1) Overnight oatmeal for breakfast every weekday morning.
2) Vitamins...gummy, vitamin c & d.
3) So many dishes to put away, but I had to go to work instead.
4) My skirt and bracelets for the day.
5) The dogs could care less when I get home...when Sean gets home it's the best thing ever.
6) Thursday means laundry gets sorted to be washed over the weekend.
7) Gathering supplies for classes next week. Cotton balls, shot glasses and plastic forks for an activity on disabilities.
8) 100 day project watercolor stack so far.
9) A meeting of a local political activism group my friends started a few months ago.
10) This week's Trader Joe's flowers are pink gerbera daisies.
1) Cooking chicken for shredded chicken sliders for a get-together we were hosting on Saturday.
2) This morning's oatmeal included half a banana and about seven chocolate chips.
3) Waiting while Mac got his haircut.
4) Mac and I went to lunch after our haircuts.
5) We texted Sean to tell him we wished he was with us and we got his star wars lunch with his PB&J.
6) It was a good mail day.
7) I had an idea for alphabet stamps, got them out and tried it right away.
8) Today's watercolor.
9. Since I got my haircut too, and this week is all about documentation, I took my first selfie since before they were called selfies.
10) Mac wanting me to document his haircut too.
1) They basically make-out with each other. It's a little weird.
2) Sean trying to be funny as he gathers more laundry to wash.
3) Bacon for breakfast on weekends.
4) Documenting on Earth Day that we save all our produce scraps to feed to the compost worms Sean has had for years now.
5) Whipped cream always means Mac licking the whisk (right before he left for work).
6) I went to The Box Zone store to stock up on small gift boxes.
7) Getting ready to give Administrative Professional gifts next week.
8) I had an incredibly impressive come-back-from-way-behind win with my NCAA bracket...Sean got me a card to celebrate paying up the one dollar we bet each other.
9) Paddington has a new habit of tucking in his face next to us.
10) We ended up with a few extra minutes, so we waited on the front porch for my friends from grad school to show up.
1) Lazy Sunday morning.
2) So many roses to cut in our backyard.
3) Watching the Pioneer Women while eating breakfast.
4) Meal prep for the week.
5) A little bit of shoe shopping. I am the pickiest about shoes for work...they have to be ridiculously comfortable.
6) Late afternoon leftover chocolate bundt cake, strawberries and whipped cream...and milk so it's a healthy snack.
7) Recording two lectures before dinner.
8) Getting Mac fed leftover shredded chicken sliders because he comes from home from work starving.
9) Our evening walk with the last bits of light in the sky.
10) Sitting in the backyard for dinner. Sean and I shared a small barbecued rib-eye. Mac has decided he doesn't like steak.
